• Marucho is 11. The boy is wise and good at strategy. He is very rich and obedient to his parents. But he learns to be independent and strong after joining the game. It is Marucho who helps Dan to choose the right Bakugan for a battle. He uses an in-depth analysis of data, the ability that helps him to win. He plays with Aquos Bakugan that can change its structure and turn into other characters.

• Runo is an 11 year old girl with a spirit of a true adventurer. She is inconstant, and that is the reason of her loses. She uses Luminous in battles. Her guardian is Haos Tigrerra, powerful and able to evolve. By the way, she is number six in the list of the best bakugan players.

• Shun is known as a thoughtful and quiet boy as well as a faithful friend. Shun is a master of the game. It was he who created game rules along with Dan. Shun prefers using Ventus Bakugan possessing wind power. He is guarded by Ventus Skyress who can resurrect other Bakugans.

• Julie is a friend of Dan. Her strong point is direct attacks. She prefers Earth attributes to fight. Her guardian is a powerful, strong and tough Subterra Gorem.
